Steam Powder – 50gms

Ingredients:

1. Neem leaves, 2. Indian mint, 3. Tulsi, 4. Bael leaves, 5. Betel leaves, 6. Turmeric, 7. Vitex negundo, 8. Eucalyptus, 9. Lemon, 10. Curry leaves, 11. Mint leaves, 12. Liquorice, 13. Malabar nut, 14. Indian barberry, 15. Himalayan Silver Fir, 16. Cubeb pepper, 17. Mesua, 18. Spikenard Musk, 19. Iris latifolla, 20. Salt

How to use for Steam inhalation:

• Boil 4-6 cups of water in to a large bowl for the steam
• Add the herbal powder ½ teaspoon into it when the water starts to boil
• Sit comfortably, leaning over the bowl. Drape the towel over your head and the bowl to trap the steam. Keep your face about 12 inches away from the water to avoid burns
• Close your eyes and inhale the steam through your nose and mouth for 10-15 minutes.
• Drink warm water afterward to stay hydrated

How to use for Poultice:

• Mix the herbal powder into a warm water to create a paste and combine the paste with a small carrier (clean cotton cloth as Poultice)
• Spread the poultice evenly onto the affected area. Ensure the layer is thick enough to cover the skin
• Keep the poultice on for about 20-30 minutes, or as recommended for your specific condition
• After the time has elapsed, gently remove the poultice and wash the area with warm water
