METHODS OF PREPARATION

Method 1 – HERBAL TEA PREPARATION Boil 1 litre (for 4 persons) of water on medium flame. When the water starts to boil add two teaspoons of herbal tea powder in to it and turn of the flame. Put a lid upon the tea pot for a minute then add the sweetner (Jaggery powder/Palm jaggery/Palm candy) according to your taste and healthy herbal tea is ready to serve.

Method 2 – SHARBAT PREPARATION For sharbat, follow the same procedure as above. Allow it to cool completely after boiling, add honey according to taste, and it is ready to serve.
